Every year at the State Championship Tournament a NMCO Membership Meeting is scheduled for the primary purpose of electing officers.
This year’s meeting will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Sunday November 12, 2017, at the Sheraton Uptown, between rounds in the larger playing room.
The positions up for election are: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The positions of Webmaster and Tournament Organizer are appointed by the Board.
Voter Eligibility: Member in good standing, for purposes of voting eligibility, shall be any person age 18 or over who has paid his/her entry fee into any NMCO tournament during the previous two calendar years and is in attendance at a membership meeting.

Mike Hibner is interested in the position of Secretary.
