This Sunday’s Rio Rancho Observer will feature a special article about The Meadowlark Chess Group and how the city of over 100,ooo people plan to inaugurate a new World-Class Chess program that will rival Las Cruces, Santa Fe and all the other leading chess programs run by coaches like Victor Lopez, Steve Perea, Jim Johnston, Oren Stevens, Will Barela, Augustine Vaolverde etc. I Brad Earlewine, a.k.a. Dr Karma plan to invite International Grand Masters such as Jeremy Silman, Judit Polgar, Jesse Kraai, and others to our venue at Meadowlark.

Will, You have done a great job with your Borderland and Empire chess. I know Jeremy Silman from Hummingbird summers and he loves green chili and NM. I met the Polgar women and Susan lives in Dallas. Jesse will come. I know I had some communication problems when I analyzed games with Masters who were 100 ELO points above me at the time and I suggested moves for them.
